In an EMERGENCY call 999.
Emergencies are situations that cannot be managed at home and may be life threatening
Less than urgent
If you need medical advice or to see a doctor call 111. There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
Improved Access
On Sundays and Bank Holidays a GP will be available between 9.00am to 12.30pm at a local hub.
Extended Access
Additional surgeries are held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6.30pm and 8pm. These surgeries are for pre-booked appointments only and there will be limited access to certain support services, eg phlebotomy, at these times.
Our phone lines are not on during this period.
Emergencies will continue to be dealt with by NHS 111, the Out of Hours Service, which is accessed by dialling 111.
How can I book an appointment?
In order to book these appointments, you contact your surgery reception staff as normal. You will not be able to phone the reception staff on Saturdays, Sundays / Bank Holidays or between 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday.
Call 111 when it's a concern, but less urgent than 999.
