Test Results

Your Results

All patients are asked to contact the surgery to obtain test results. The administrative staff will give results to you or you may be asked to make an appointment to speak to or visit the nurse or doctor. Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.

For results please telephone the surgery on 01732 770088 between 9:30am and 12:00pm.

If the doctor or nurse has asked you to provide a pathology sample e.g. urine, stool, sputum, these must be left at reception before 11am, Monday - Friday.

The NHS App

View your test results using your NHS App or account.

You can view test results in your GP health record using the NHS App or by logging into your account on the NHS website.

  • Please note to view your test results online you must be aged 16 or over
  • You will be able to see results of tests you had at your GP surgery and hospital test results that have been sent to your GP surgery
  • You will not see hospital test results that have not been sent to your GP surgery. The hospital may contact you about your result or tell you how to get your result
  • You can log in or create an account if you do not already have one
  • Log in - NHS App Online 

Test results from before 2023

Test results from before 2023 may not be automatically available.

If you need to see older test results in your app or online account, you can request this. Please contact the surgery via eConsult.

If your request is approved, you'll be able to see your test results when you view your GP record in your NHS App or account. This can take up to 4 weeks.
